Chunk-a-Dunk Cookies Shipping Policy
Freshly Baked. Carefully Shipped.
Every Chunk-a-Dunk cookie is handcrafted and baked fresh to order using premium ingredients. Because freshness matters, we don't keep inventory sitting on shelves—and we don't believe great cookies should spend a week traveling across the country.
To ensure every order arrives as fresh as possible, we only offer shipping methods that deliver within three business days or less after leaving our bakery.
Minimum Shipping Order
To maintain the quality of our products during transit, shipped orders require a minimum purchase of six (6) cookies.
This allows us to package your order properly and ensure your cookies arrive fresh and protected.
If you're local, you're welcome to order any quantity through Free Local Pickup at our Claremont bakery.
Order Processing
Every order is baked fresh just for you.
Orders typically leave our bakery within 2–3 business days.
During holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If so, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive tracking information via email.
Fresh Shipping
We only offer shipping methods that deliver within three business days after shipment to preserve freshness.
Depending on your location, we may ship using:
- UPS Ground (when delivery can be completed within three business days)
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- USPS Priority Mail
Our shipping system automatically selects the most appropriate carrier and service based on your destination.
Fresh Shipping + Summer Protection
During warmer months—or whenever temperatures require additional protection—we may automatically upgrade your packaging with insulated materials and Nordic ice packs to help protect your cookies during transit.
Orders requiring Summer Protection will include the additional packaging necessary to help preserve quality, and the seasonal packaging cost is reflected in your shipping rate at checkout.
While chocolate or fillings may soften during shipping in extreme heat, this does not affect the quality or safety of your cookies.
For the best experience, allow cookies to return to room temperature or refrigerate briefly before enjoying.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package size and weight
- Carrier pricing
- Seasonal packaging requirements (when applicable)
You'll always see your shipping total before completing your purchase.
Local Pickup
Live nearby?
Select Free Local Pickup during checkout and pick up your freshly baked cookies from our Claremont bakery.
We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout the continental United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require expedited air service and may have limited availability.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping information before placing your order.
Chunk-a-Dunk is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
If your shipment appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us at support@chunk-a-dunk.com, and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier.

Because our cookies are handcrafted and freshly baked to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet our standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chunk-a-dunk.com. Include your order number and a few photos of the issue, and our team will work quickly to make it right.
