Chunk-a-Dunk Cookies Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All of our artisan cookies are baked fresh to order and require processing time before shipping. Orders are typically processed within:

  • 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States via [USPS, UPS, or FedEx], depending on the best available service.
Estimated delivery times:
📦 Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – $8.50
🚀 Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – $12.50

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Warm Weather & Heat-Sensitive Shipping

Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh! During warmer months, we may include ice packs or insulated packaging for select items. However, we cannot guarantee that chocolate or frostings won’t soften during transit.

To ensure the best experience:
✔ Consider choosing Express Shipping for warm climates.
✔ Track your package and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • We currently only ship within the U.S. but are working on international shipping options.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, Chunk-a-Dunk Cookies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
