Our cookies are generously sized, each weighing about 160g. Pricing reflects their large size, the premium ingredients we use, and the time and skill it takes to bake and decorate each one from scratch.
What ingredients do you use in your cookies?
We use premium, high‑quality ingredients in every batch, including locally sourced eggs and organic ingredients whenever possible. Every cookie is crafted with care for the perfect balance of flavor and texture.
Can I freeze Chunk‑a‑Dunk cookies?
Yes! Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months in their original packaging. For best results, thaw to room temperature or reheat for that fresh‑baked gooeyness.
How do I reheat your cookies?
From room temperature:
For the best fresh‑from‑the‑oven taste, warm your cookie in the oven or air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes.
If you’re in a hurry, microwave for 7–15 seconds — but keep a close eye on it and check frequently. Any longer and you may have a gooey cookie puddle (which some people love, but it’s messy!).

Our cookie drop is announced on our website, email list, and social media at the start of each month. Quantities are limited and often sell out fast, so we recommend ordering as soon as they go live.

Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. from our Ontario, California kitchen using priority or standard shipping.
How soon will I receive my cookies after ordering?
We bake and ship within 3 business days of your order. Priority shipping typically arrives in 1–3 business days after shipping.
Do you offer local pickup in Chino, CA?
Yes! We offer local pickup for customers in Chino, California. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.
When your order is ready (usually within 2 business days), we’ll email you with pickup instructions and the exact location.
What if my cookies arrive damaged or my package is lost?
