Order Issues & Quality Concerns
While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@chunk-a-dunk.comwith the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item received
- A description of the issue
We will review your concern and, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit or replacement for significant issues related to:

✅ Products arriving damaged due to our packaging or handling errors
