Chunk-A-Dunk Cookies — Claremont, CA · Part-Time

The Role

As Chunk Crew, you're fully cross-trained across every station in the store. You'll mix dough, fill cores, bake and frost cookies, run the register, and run our Dunks station (soft-serve, cookie milks, flavored espresso). Nobody here is just a baker or just a cashier, everyone learns it all.

What You'll Do

• Mix dough, assemble cookies (dough, frozen core, sandwich layer), bake, de-ring, and frost
• Run the register, take orders, and sell with real enthusiasm, not a script
• Run the Dunks station: soft-serve, cookie milks, flavored espresso, including daily sanitation
• Keep the kitchen and front counter clean: dishwashing, opening setup, closing breakdown
• Complete our full production training rotation before working a solo shift

What We're Looking For

• Fun, bubbly, positive, outgoing personality
• Genuine curiosity about ingredients and how food is made
• Works well with a team and communicates clearly during a busy shift
• Available for various shifts (morning, mid-day, evening); flexible scheduling
• Comfortable learning multiple stations rather than sticking to one task
