The Role

As a Chunk Commander, you're the shift lead and keyholder, the person who opens or closes the store, hands off cleanly to the next shift, and has the final word on quality. You'll know the entire production process well enough to jump into any station, train new crew, and make the call when something isn't up to standard.

What You'll Do

• Open or close the store, including cash reconciliation
• Run shift-to-shift handoff: what's in stock, what's low, what the next shift needs to know
• Own inventory accuracy for your shift and keep our stock tracker current
• Make the final call on quality, batches, cores, finished cookies, and know when something doesn't meet standard
• Train and certify new crew across every station: core production, dough and assembly, baking and finishing, register and soft-serve
• Jump into any station when the shift needs it, from the oven to the register
• Keep the culture alive on the floor: big personality, genuine warmth, playful energy that's never mean

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for food, baking, and quality ingredients
• Leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Comfortable owning a decision under pressure
• Fun, bubbly, outgoing personality
• Reliable, organized, comfortable with early mornings (opening shifts start around 7am)
